Advanced Gate Dielectrics

* Designed and conducted experiments for dielectric film scaling for capacitor and transistor structures with high k dielectric films. Optimized process conditions using Design of Experiments approach.
* Demonstrated Sematech’s first 11Å Equivalent Oxide Thickness high-k dielectric film.
